- User (You): Refers to any individual accessing the Site or Services, whether or not they have registered as a member.
- Member and Verified Member: All members are users, but not all users are members. A user becomes a member by registering for an account. Verified Members are those approved for additional features, such as uploading content.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Account Termination
You may deactivate your account at any time through your profile settings. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement. Deactivated accounts may be permanently deleted after six months of inactivity.
3. Content and Conduct
3.1 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to LustyPix.net, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify your submissions for promotional or operational purposes. Content must comply with all applicable laws and community standards.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Uploading illegal or harmful content.
- Impersonating others or providing false information.
- Using the Site for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt the Site’s functionality.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
4.1 Warranty Disclaimer

4.2 Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from:

Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed €10 or the total amount paid by the user in the preceding month, whichever is greater.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate courts in Cyprus.
5.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company.
By using LustyPix.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Site or Services.
